Three-Way Conferences November 23, 2018
Dear Parents/Guardians,
This letter is to inform you that upcoming Three-Way Conferences for Dr. A. E. Perry School will take place on Friday, November 23rd, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are sending this correspondence home today not only to highlight the date of our Three-Way Conferences but also to highlight for our parents/guardians and school community that once again we will be using the Dr. A.E. Perry School Conference Manager.
The Dr. A. E. Perry School Conference Manager is a web-based scheduling application. This application allows you, as a parent, to use the Internet to check our teachers’ conference schedules and book appointments quickly and easy.
Information on this booking application, complete instructions for registration and when the conference manager will be available for parents to start booking their conference time is on the back side of this note.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to book an appointment on the designated Three-Way Conference date of Friday, November 23rd, 2018 you are to contact your child’s teacher via phone or email to arrange an alternate time for this important Three-Way Conference time.
We strongly encourage all parents/guardians to make every effort possible to meet with your son’s/daughter’s teacher on the designated date of Friday, November 23rd, 2018. This is the day that has been set aside by Regina Public Schools for our teachers to meet with you. Seeking alternate times outside of this designated day could prove to be difficult.
We want to thank you in advance for your interest in your child’s education and look forward to new ways of sharing information on your son’s/daughter’s growth in school at our upcoming conferences.
Please continue to stay informed and up-to-date with your child’s progress by using the online PowerSchool Parent Portal on a regular basis throughout the school year
For our November 23rd Parent-Teacher-Student meetings (Three-Way Conference), we will be using a web-based scheduling application called the Dr. A. E. Perry School Conference Manager. This application allows you, as a parent, to use the Internet to check our teachers’ conference schedules and book appointments quickly and easily.
The first time you use the Dr. A. E. Perry School Conference Manager you will be required to register and create a parent account, which only takes a minute or two. You can continue to use this same account for the duration of the time you have children in the school, so please record your password where you can reference it later. Please note that although parents can register at any time, the booking of conferences can only begin at or after 7:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 14th, and will remain open until Wednesday, November 21th, at 7:00 PM. The booking application will then be closed for any further appointments and will have to be booked manually by teachers.
You may want to register right away as a scheduling reminder email is sent to registered parents just as the scheduling commences. If your email program flags automated emails as junk mail, you may want to put “appointments@schoolsoft.ca” in your email address book.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT PARENTS/GUARDIANS UNDERSTAND DR. A. E. PERRY SCHOOL CONFERENCE MANAGER OPERATES ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. The sooner you book the better chance you have of securing the time you want.
